I remember renting Talespin when I was a kid and liking it. I think compared to Darkwing Duck it's decent although maybe nostalgia is softening my opinion.

The play control is better, but I still have more fun with DD for some reason.  The challenges in Tailspin seem like more of a chore.

It would have been funny if Radiance had thrown in some Sidearms music while they were at it; those lazy bastards.

Nah, I enjoy some of the things about Night Creatures. The graphics to me have a lame charm, and the concepts in place are OK. The entire game is missing just a few things to make a cohesive package. I think that Night Creatures was under developed but I think the Darkwing Duck game was the game they wanted to release.... subtle difference.

Darkwing has some neat effects, I must admit. As well the Parallax is uses looks very nice at some places.

Haven't played it and probably never will. 

Judging from the video, the game doesn't look all that bad.   

If you master the controls, learn the stage layouts, and study enemy patterns... the game is only mildly terrible

In my opinion, the floaty controls are really the game's only shortcoming. It's a.... "decent" game. I enjoy it, but it pales compared to Disney efforts on other systems.

Talespin might as well be erased from history, though.

Yeah, Night Creatures had alot of great ideas but it's not as easy to pick up and play as Darkwing Duck.

Yeah, the DD boss music sounds just like the TS jungle theme with a few drums taken out.
